1. Student will write a memorandum to their commander in accordance with Army Regulation 25-50 Preparing and Managing Correspondence. The purpose of the memorandum is to summarize the importance of Equal Opportunity Program (chapter 6) of Army Regulation 600-2 Army Command Policy. Additionally, students will explain their role supporting these programs as Platoon leaders and identify specific ways they will support the commander’s policies within their platoons.
2. Student will read AR 600-20 and research/gather additional information from at least three other sources related to their topic. Student will cite all references used in their memorandum
3. Student will be evaluated on the proper use of the English language, grammar, adherence to assignment instructions, army regulation, and class material
