Remark:
A. It is an assignment related to Construction Engineering and Quantity Survey. The writer should be familiar with method of measurement in these sectors and following the rules in the related sections of NRM2, building detailed in the drawings and specification issued.
B. Familiar with the measurement methods using “Dimension Paper” . (Task1)
C. Familiar with the basic concept of preparing a bill of quantities (BQ). Not just forming items by reading the drawings, but also forming necessary items by reading through the specification. (Task2)
D. Familiar with the method of cost estimation and critically discuss, using examples, the sources of cost data that could be available to assist in producing a cost estimate (Task 3).
