Complete the Project Execution and Monitoring and Controlling sections of the Project Management Plan.
Assignment requirements:
Using your Project Charter/Project Management Plan template, address the following:
Performance Measurement and Reporting: Discuss the tools, techniques (e.g. quality audits, quality management tools), and process analyses, you will use to perform quality assurance for your project. In addition, discuss the performance reporting tools that you will report your project status and updates.
The Project Team: Determine how you will lead and manage your project team, including how you will handle conflict and manage employee motivation.
Procurements: Discuss your procurement management strategy including the materials you need to buy or make in-house and how you plan to acquire what you need.
Managing Stakeholder Engagement: Using the list of stakeholders defined in Unit 1; discuss how you will manage the engagement level of your stakeholders and their expectations.
Controlling Costs: Determine the methods (e.g. earned value management techniques, forecasting tools, project management software, and reserve analyses), you will use to monitor and control project cost and budget.
Risk Optimization: Discuss the methods you will use to optimize project risks. These methods can include risk reassessment, risk audits, variance analysis, reserve analysis, meetings, and technical performance measurement.
