If it is a mixed food, estimate the ingredients (e.g. tossed salad might contain 1 cup lettuce, 1⁄4 c. grated carrot, 1⁄2 cup of cucumber, etc.) You may use MyFitnessPal or anything that allow meal documentation and calorie counting. Supplements cannot be inputted, just listed.
Additionally, screenshot and/or create a table for your meals and their calorie intake then added at the end of your paper (screenshots/pictures are accepted) — the dates chosen should be clearly displayed. Follow the instructions for this project posted in D2L, answer questions using proper spelling, grammar, and cite sources as required. Save and submit in ONE PDF file.
