Thesis scope:
This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities associated
with recruiting international healthcare professionals for Saudi Arabia’s
healthcare sector in line with the Vision 2030 initiative. It seeks to examine the strategies and processes involved in overcoming
relevant obstacles while capitalizing on potential advantages of global talent
acquisition within the context of Vision 2030.
Thesis Objectives:

Opportunities: Identify the
opportunities associated bringing with in global professionals to support
Vision 2030’s healthcare initiatives.

Challenges: Investigate the
specific challenges of recruiting international healthcare talent for Saudi
Arabia.
3.
Evaluate the outcome of the
investigation relevant to opportunities and challenges and provide appropriate
solutions in the field of recruitment.
Some things to talk about in the literature review:

International recruitment
in general/benefits and challenges of international recruitment in general/then
make it specific to GCC or Saudi Arabia.

Find paper/research gap
(recent papers from 2016 but for general informaiton you can use old paper but they must be A class paper)
Sampling will be Qualitative
Start the Literature Review (30% from the whole research paper which is about 3000 words)
RESEARCH TOTAL WORDS will be 8000 words
