Hello this assignment has 3 parts. The first part is a response to the discussion questions in a main post ( minimum 300 words), next is 2 separate responses to at least 2 peers’ postings (75 words). Thanks in advance!
main post:
Healthcare professionals work for large or small hospitals or clinics. Typically, large hospitals have many units and departments. The structure of the hospital tells us about services, responsibilities, line of communication, and reporting. The structure of the healthcare organization affects workers and patients.
Reflect on an experience with your healthcare organization or another organization on the type of structure and how it is affecting employees and patients, negatively or positively.
How do you think size, technology, the environment, or culture led to the current structure of the healthcare organization?
In your response to classmates, examine the types of structure presented. Are they different from yours? How did their structure affect employees and patients?

Size, technology, the environment, and culture have all played significant roles in shaping the current structure of healthcare organizations. The size of the population served and the geographical distribution of patients have influenced the need for different types of healthcare facilities and services. Additionally, advances in technology have led to the development of sophisticated medical equipment and digital health records, which have in turn impacted healthcare delivery and organizational operations. Furthermore, environmental factors, such as public health concerns and regulatory requirements, have influenced the way healthcare organizations are structured and governed. Finally, the cultural diversity of both patients and healthcare providers has necessitated the development of tailored care models within healthcare organizations.

Hello professor, fellow classmates,
My experience with my healthcare organization on how it operates is, it’s a quiet, clean and well run organization. The office always has a small number of patients in a day that they allow for physicians to see, to keep down long wait times. The staff are always pertinent and well informed on the patients that they see on a day-to-day basis. Employees are able to function in a quiet atmosphere due to the structure of how the clinic is operated. This is a good accomplishment for the clinic because it provides a good atmosphere for patients, doctors, and the other staff. This is a great feature for the best communication for the staff and patients. For the best use of technology, the amount of patients being seen in a day helps keep the records of the clinic well organized. Seeing too many patients in a day can cause conflict with providing the proper documentation. Organized healthcare facilities are essential to the proper conduct for a productively run clinic. Structure in healthcare organizations also depends on the environment. If the workers and patients are in healthy, stable conditions, people will remain able to receive the best possible care and a relaxed atmosphere. In regards to culture, when there is a healthy diverse connection, there would be a huge impact on the stability of people valuing the norms and personalities of other cultures standards. With everyone working together in the healthcare field, there would be a world with more healthy people, happy staff and doctors. Structure is a key element when having a well organized facility in mind. So, as a result, keeping structure as a main objective, the best possible results would be a factor.
