Items Required for Submission 1. Write a 3-5 page paper using proper APA format with a minimum six sources. Step ONE: Make a Selection Identify an organization for which you would like to analyze their HR Department practices. Make sure to select an organization for which you can access information about how their HR Manager(s) function within the organization. You may choose to profile your organization, interview an HR Manager from an organization, and/or review HR Management information provided openly on the web about a specific organization. Step TWO: Collect Your Sources Research and identify six sources that address the role of an HR manager, performance evaluations, and job productivity. One of these sources can be the competency text. Ideally, you would select two sources for each of the concepts. Analysis ● Provide a thorough analysis of the HR Manager(s) effectiveness based on their identified roles. Recommendations ● Provide recommendations substantiated by evidence in this competency. ● What should change? What should stay the same? Step FOUR: Complete Checklist for Submission Before you submit your work, check to see if you have met the criteria noted below.
