In the Final Integrative Assignment you will have to prepare a reflective analys

In the Final Integrative Assignment you will have to prepare a reflective analysis of the book you chose to read (The Maids Daughter by Mary Romero). In this analysis, you will apply key sociological concepts to think through the research articulated in the book. By doing this, you will demonstrate comprehension of fundamental sociological tools and your ability to put them into practice.
The project has to include the following parts:
1) A brief presentation of the book (in your own words, not from a publisher or a website please!) – In this summary, you must include which research methodologies were used by the author to gather the data to answer the book’s research questions (these should be spelled out as well)
2) Analysis of the book – Here you need to identify FIVE sociological concepts that were key to the development of the research and explain how.  These concepts will come from the books/authors.  You can mention other concepts as well, but no need to explain them in detail.
3) Take aways – Here, as a concluding section, you will bring up which are the main sociological lessons learned from the book (a minimum of three lessons is required).
Your essay should be 1200-1400 words and must include proper citations of the texts (APA style).
DO NOT USE AI technology to write your essay. Any AI generated essays will be FAILED automatically.
The FIA will be graded as follows*:
a) Individual Notes while reading the book = 5 points (to be submitted individually and graded separately) – see “Individual Notes assignment”
b) Book Brief Presentation = 4 points
c) Conceptual Analysis of Book = 20 (4 points per concept applied)
d) Lessons Learned from the Book = 6 points (2 points per lesson learned)
