It is more important to have alignment between the documents than to have long, detailed documents. You are required to provide three items no later than the end of the day Sunday, May 12th: There is no word or page count, fill out the two documents and craft an email about half a page long. Only use the sources attached.
Fill out the two documents below (questions 1 and 2) and craft an email (question 3).
The name of the non-profit is Unity for Tennis and is based in Texas. The “why” and “how” of my nonprofit is in the document titled why and how.
Fill out the attached Form 202 Certificate of Formation for your organization that is based here in the United States. You may also submit the bylaws for the organization if you wish but they are not required.
Modify the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) into one that is perfectly matched to your organization. Choose the country and sport you want, with goals that align to your organization.
Finally, write an email to the staff of your organization (MS Word document or PDF) informing them that you plan to submit a proposal for the RFP (created in item 2). In it you will say what is important about how you will conduct your program. This is your chance to select two or three important concepts from throughout the entire course and put them into this email. You can be highly personal in your selection of what to put into this email, meaning it may all be highly practical or big picture, from across the entire course or all from a single Unit/Part. Whichever two or three items you select is fine. The goal is alignment with the other two documents (certificate of formation and the RFP). If a rough budget helps communicate this vision to your staff, then include one.
