Though creating effective law firm advertising is necessary to grow the business, it is not the only consideration that law firms should have. Along with creating advertising that can attract as many potential clients as possible, law firms need to make sure their advertising complies with ABA Model Rules 7.1 and 7.2. The public should be able to trust the information that they are provided, so they can make an informed choice when hiring a law firm to address their legal needs.
