(e.g. Academy of Sleep Medicine, Center for Disease Control, American Cancer Society, Department of Health and Human Service, Mayo Clinic, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Johns Hopkins, American Psychological Association, etc.) DO NOT use healthonline.com and webmd.com or Psychology Today for these assignments.
Based on the recommendations and where you are currently in your stage of behavior change, set at least one SMART goal for behavior change.
