You are the newly hired HR Project Coordinator – International. You are new to the organization – just got hired because you interviewed very well and sold yourself on being able to accept new and diverse experiences creating people-focused strategy plans.
The assignment is to open a new office and to hire staff in the office within the next 4 months. You have got to get acclimated to the new country before you begin hiring the team. You have not had an overseas assignment, so you will need to do research on what steps to take as a leader and working in HR. Think about the information in the chapter.
