Adding a nationally-renowned physician will bring in more patients and increase revenue, but it can be just as important to keep current staff members. As an incoming health administrator, suggest methods of improving company culture and employee benefits.
Generate novel ideas by applying new findings on medical talent acquisition and retention. Develop a master plan to increase retention by 25%. Use your interview from the course to see how current administrators attract and keep talent while also infusing your new ideas (more pay is not always the answer). Include data on the special population for your chosen area (choose an urban or rural setting) so you can have a diverse hiring pool which matches the patients.
