Initial Post: Reflect upon information from the presentation that was new or impactful to you. How can you apply these concepts to your own life? Choose an area of your personal or professional life that you want to improve. Formulate a two-minute habit that you can build upon to change your behavior. Make a plan for incorporating this habit into your life with habit stacking, environmental control, or a habit contract (templates with examples found in the resources). Clearly note how this habit will meet the four criteria of making the habit obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying.
(Due W5, Day 4)
Response Post: Read your peers’ responses. Analyze and respond to at least two peers’ plans of habit incorporation. Consider the following questions: Does their proposed habit appear to be appropriate for the desired behavior outcome? Does it meet the four criteria of habit formation? Do you have any suggestions on how to improve their plan?
