Instructions
Write a 3–5 page paper which includes:
Brief summary of the myth and evidence provided by the website (your flawed source).
Challenge the myth: provide evidence that the myth is not correct.
Identify assumptions that underlie or support the myth.
Include the research findings from peer-reviewed journal articles.
For each source:
Discuss the methods, participants, and results.
Explain the reliability, validity, and generalizability of the sources.
Discuss whether the research is ethical based on the five APA ethical principles of psychologists. Refer to the specific principles and cite the APA Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct.
Using your textbook and other scholarly sources, discuss how the brain and body work in relation to your myth.
