I also have a essay document labeled (Transfer essay 1, AutoBio Project, and P3D2), this essay will display some obstacles and setbacks I faced in my life and show examples of me facing adversity and what keeps me motivated (my brother, providing for him and how inspirational he has been) One fun fact to add about determination and facing adversity. Last season playing for the Windsor Lancers football team. I tore my posterior superior glenoid labrum in my shoulder, tore (focal tearing) of the membranous portion of the scapholunate ligament in my hand, damaged cartialge in my hand (injury to the trigonal fibrocartilage complex),Ulnar styloid fracture deformity bone fracture in wrist and occult fractured my trapezoid bone in my hand. This all happened to my left arm. I say all this to say I started every game despite suffering from injuries to my shoulder and hand (one arm). Despite battling five separate injuries, I finished the season tied with the most interceptions on the team while playing field corner. Among Canadian defences, the Windsor Lancers were second in passing and yards per game, first in sacks, and fourth in defensive touchdowns. According to @prsvre_ podcast, “Take It OR Leave It”, “This Team has one of the Greatest USPORTS Football Defensives of All Time, I stand by that”. The year prior at Morehead State University, During his sophomore year, Robert Springer JR started five games while playing with an injury (heel) before the foot injury ended his season (heel spur which lead to a small crack in the heel, Bursitis developed in my intracranial after inflammation swept through my foot. I was told by the podiatrist that if I hadn’t come to see her, my heel injury would have become much worse, and I may have even broken or shattered it. The podiatrist X-rayed my heel, gave me a steroid injection, prescribed medication, and gave me a boot. I was then told I wouldn’t be as fast as I once was when recovered from the injury). Even though he only participated in half the games, he was second on the team in pass breakups with four. All while playing with one foot.
