For this course project assignment, you will create your organizational structure chart. Then, you will write a brief description of your framework and ratio for choice.

Organizational Chart
Next, create your organizational chart. This is a visual aid/graphic similar to a flow chart that represents the scaffolding of departments and leadership.

Strategy & Rationale
Lastly, write a 1-2-page explanation of your organizational structure strategy and rationale. Why did you use this framework and approach? How will this structure function effectively with a global mindset?
Cite all resources according to APA format. (See the Writing Style Guide for assistance.)
Writing Guidelines
Adhere to the following writing guidelines:
Stay within the 1-2 page range.
Use transitions to ensure a smooth, logical flow of ideas.
Proofread your work to find and fix grammatical errors.
Include a reference page (if applicable). This does not count towards your 1-2 page range requirement.
