Reflect: Think about the listed resources and how you might (or might not) apply the information when you read for your courses. Consider how quickly you currently read through your materials and how adjusting this speed might help or hinder your comprehension moving forward.
Write: In at least 300 words,
Summarize briefly the information and explain your understanding of slow reading.
Explain what makes sense about the concept of slow reading and what is confusing.
Discuss which parts are practical for you and which you aren’t likely to use. Be sure to explain why.
Assess how well you feel you can adjust your reading speed and how doing so might impact your coursework.
