How would you begin, gather information, and create buy-in for your ideas? Your assignment is to write a reaction paper (body should be 3-5 pages double spaced). – What critical steps should be made to resolve the organizational problem?
– What personality and values can be incorporated to facilitate change?
– What motivation concepts can be used to facilitate change?
– Include necessary communication that will support healthy group behaviors and interactions.
– What leadership style will work best to best facilitate the need change to resolve the organizational issue?
