Paper
For this formal team
paper, you will conduct a literature review on a cultural group. You must
choose a cultural group different from anyone on your team.
1. Each
team will have 4 to 6 members. Select a team facilitator who
will submit the paper through Turnitin and to the course instructor. This paper
should be 12-15 pages not including the abstract and references. Submit
your final paper as a word document in the Assignment, which is located on the
left side of the course navigation menu.
2. Most
references should come from the last six years, although classic references are
acceptable.
3. At
least four of the references must come from the research literature. Internet
sources are acceptable as long as they come from governmental organizations,
universities, or professional associations and organizations. Wikipedia is not
an acceptable reference because content has not been refereed. Blogs and travel
sites are not acceptable.
4. This
paper is worth 40% of your final grade.
5. Up to
10% will be deducted for multiple grammar, spelling, punctuation, and APA
errors.

10% will be deducted for each day the paper is late, beginning
the day after the paper is due.
7. Each
team will have a section in the discussion board to communicate with each other
to decide who will contribute to each section of the paper. You can
post files in the discussion board for the Team Paper.
The headings in the paper
must follow this order:
1. Abstract: 1 point
2. Introduction-
Overview Heritage: 1 point. No more than one page!

Domain
3 is Biocultural ecology

questions, one for each domain you have reviewed, based on gaps in the
literature. The research questions must be something that a graduate student
can accomplish. For each question, identify if you are doing qualitative or
quantitative research, the specific methodology (phenomenology, grounded
theory, correlational, quasi-experimental, etc.), and a brief description
of the methods to carry out this research.
6. Application
to YOUR Practice: 5 points. Be specific, not something
general that would be the same for any cultural group.
