write a job description-HSE Manager in the bunkering: Job summary: the health ssafety, and environment  manager is responsible for ensuring that all activities related to the storage, handling, and transfer of fuel are  conducted in a safe, environmentally sustainable and compliant manner. Her/his ultimate goal is to ensure our compliances with all  regulations related to hazardous environments. she is in charge of set up and implementation of all procedures and regulations necessary for HSE.   Daily activities :  tracking and monitoring all hse related KPI. performing audits, ensuring all sites comply with Red sea safety standards. conducting drills and exercises, updating plans and liaising with applicable government agencies to ensure that company operatives can respond to emergencies and crises to minimise injuries, fatalities and loss . She is responsible for drafting contract with carriers, in collaboration with carrriers, she inspects all the trucks ensure that they all meet standards to comply with safety standards and ensures they are fit for transporting fuels. she intervene from an hse perspective to highlight any anormaly or anticipate potential problems before or during operations. She will establish an annual schedule for truck and driver insepctions. She is responsible for the safety of the trucks throughout the contract duration and conduct random safe to load inspections. she implements and enforces the company procedures and policies with drivers and disptachers . she trains drivers on fuel transport and the nature of hazardous products. she is responsible for planning and monitoring the bulk fuel and lubrificant supply. she is responsible for preparing accident and incident reports as well as preventive reports related to trucks transporting products. for each new client, she must examine the route to be taken by the drivers to ensure the area is accessible and free of risks. she performs any others tasks assigned by the operations managers in the future. advising management and staff on any related laws and regulations applicable to the organization.  conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for fuel activities, defining suitable mitigation measures to reduce risk and protect the environment. ensure all HSEQ incidents and occurences are reported, investigated, corrective actions allocated and incident workflow managed through to closure, in line with company procedures and local legal requirements.
